As each organization is unique in its size, allocation of resources, and internal constraints, we offer two levels of implementation services to allow you to choose the package that best fits your needs.
Our team works cooperatively with your team to develop a detailed project plan and coordinate the planning and ongoing status meetings required to keep your deployment on task and on time. Key deliverables include a business process review of current workflow and reporting, best practice recommendations, and personal, one-on-one web-based training.
This higher tier service level includes everything involved in the standard implementation service, except that our team handles all of the setup, configuration and testing on your behalf allowing you to achieve your deployment objectives with minimal disruption to your current operations. FastTrack Service is particularly valuable to teams with limited human resources or those working against an aggressive reporting deadline.
