Coding Suite and Compliance Suite Training

Getting Started/Platform Basics includes an overview of the product content and functions, how to customize your libraries, E-Mail alerts, and how to store searches and documents for later use. New subscribers of the Compliance Suite or Coding Suite are encouraged to start here.

Regulatory Content Basics covers the federal and state regulation resources available on our platform. Using practical examples, we demonstrate how to navigate key content areas and the method of searching by citation. We also provide a conceptual overview of the health care regulations, legislation and enforcement materials. This is a great follow-up to the Getting Started class for the Compliance & Regulation Suite and Audit & Revenue Resource subscriber.

Coding Content Basics demonstrates how to use our electronic codebooks, the NCCI Code Pair Checking tool, as well as the Local Coverage Determination and National Coverage Determinations search to determine medical necessity. Included is a review of the features of Code Explorer, our custom code research tool. We also demonstrate product customization and sample searches. This is a great follow-up to the Getting Started class for Coding Suite subscribers, or Compliance Suite subscribers who want to focus on coding resources.

Payment and Advanced Coding Content training explores in detail our coding tools, coverage information, calculators, and regulatory resources relevant to the revenue cycle. This session is appropriate for coders, reimbursement and Chargemaster specialists, auditors and researchers who already have a working vocabulary of Medicare coding payment systems. This is a great follow-up to the Coding Basics class for Coding Suite subscribers, or Compliance Suite subscribers who want to focus on coding and reimbursement resources.

Research for Audit, Revenue Integrity and Denials Management provides a focused conversation about the best practice workflow for complex research tasks, highlighting how archived content is delivered via the platform. Attendees are encouraged to provide the presenter with examples and hot topics to discuss in this interactive session. This is a great follow-up to the Coding Basics, Regulatory Basics, and Payment Beyond Basics classes for Audit & Revenue Resource Center or Compliance Suite subscribers who want to focus on coding and reimbursement resources.

ComplyTrack Training

ComplyTrack Administrator Training is for individuals who will be functioning as Administrators for the ComplyTrack software. Administrators will have access to all information being captured within the ComplyTrack application. The session will address all of the ComplyTrack features, including administrative responsibilities. 

ComplyTrack End-User Training is for individuals who will be using ComplyTrack for specific compliance management purposes. The End-Users are typically department managers or staff who will be answering risk assessment questions and managing ongoing activities.
